Online Purchases Return / Exchange Policy
• Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail.
• Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name, and address or they will not be accepted.
• Merchandise must be in its original condition.
• Mail returns require 10-15 business days to process.
• Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
• Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
